The free trial
A new account starts with a 14-day free trial, with the limits of the Growth plan (15 active products), and no card. A banner at the top shows how many days are left. Three days before the end, the owner receives a reminder by email.
Plans
Plans differ only in the number of active products. Users are unlimited on every plan, and every feature is included. Prices are on the home page and on the Subscription page in the app.
- Archived products do not count.
- At the limit, adding or reactivating a product is blocked with a clear message: archive one or move to a larger plan.
- If you move to a smaller plan than your fleet, your products stay; adding new ones is blocked until you are under the limit.
Paying
Owners choose the plan and the billing period on Subscription: monthly, or longer periods at a discount. Payment is by card in Stripe's secure checkout, where you can also enter a promotion code and your company's tax details. The days left in your trial are kept: the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
Afterwards, Manage billing opens Stripe's portal: card details, plan changes and cancellation. The tax invoice for each payment is emailed to you and listed under Subscription, in Invoices. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid. Prices are final: VAT is not charged.
For a fleet larger than the biggest plan, use Ask for an offer on the home page or contact us.
When the subscription or trial ends
- Grace period: for 7 days after the end date you keep full access, with a warning banner.
- Read-only: after that, you can view and export your data and record returns of products still with customers (including their contracts), but not create anything new.
Choosing a plan restores full access straight away. If a card payment fails, access continues until the start of the unpaid period; after that the same grace period applies. Update the card in Manage billing.
Your data stays in your account during read-only. See also the Terms and conditions.
