Frequently asked questions
Prices shown are final, with no VAT added. Archived products are not counted.
What counts as an active product? +
Every vehicle, machine or attachment you can rent. Archived products (sold, written off) are not counted, and their history stays available.
What happens after the trial? +
The 14-day trial needs no card. Before it ends you choose a plan and pay online by card; if you choose early, the first payment is taken only when the trial is over.
Can I change plan or cancel? +
Yes, at any time, from the Subscription page. Changes are prorated; a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
What if my fleet grows? +
When you reach the plan limit, you move to the next plan in a couple of clicks. Your data, users and history stay exactly as they are.
How do I pay and get invoices? +
By card, through Stripe. After each payment you receive the tax invoice by email; it is also listed in the app, under Subscription.
